Step 1: Go to the "Mod App Template". - Or Click This Link omegaminecraft.boards.net/index.cgi?board=makeyourapphere&action=display&thread=1

Step 2: Copy the questions.

Step 3: Click Back, then "New Thread" (make sure you click new thread while you are in "Applications").

Step 4: Title your application (E.G. mulcahy123's Mod App).

Step 5: Paste the questions and fill them in.

Step 6: Click "Post" Staff will look at your app and decide wether you are fit for the job!

DO NOT ASK FOR MOD OR ADMIN STRAIGHT AFTER YOU MAKE THE APPLICATION!
